Raquel Springer-Lloyd is a certified transformational leadership trainer, coach, and mentor. For over 17 years she has worked with leaders to help them improve their leadership presence. She is a life-long learner who has transitioned from the communications consulting field, and she is pursuing a doctorate in leadership with a concentration in coaching.
During the past 5 years, she has dedicated her academic and professional career to adopting a holistic approach to coaching. She focuses on growth innovation, transition, and trauma-informed care (GITT):
Growth and innovation – encouraging the “right risk” and exploration to select the best pathways to succeed and execute well.
Transition - helping the coachee to facilitate new behaviors, skill transfer, and communication strategies to build confidence to successfully respond to transition periods.
Trauma recovery – practical ways to utilize insights to build resilience and overcome difficult situations e.g., anxiety, burnout, stress, and toxic environments.
Raquel’s coaching is conducted in one-on-one or group interactions that are experiential, evidence-based, and drawn from multiple perspectives. Her approach focuses on coaching inquiry that allows the coachee to direct the discovery process, and gain valuable insight, at the individual’s pace. Her coaching is informed by the ICF code of ethics, coaching psychology, and multi-disciplinary approaches to help coachees:
Establishing readiness (by becoming intentional)
Let go of limitations (self-imposed or otherwise)
Raquel is a member of the John Maxwell Team (JMT), the Institute of Coaching of Harvard (IOC), The International Coaching Federation, the International leadership Association, the Trauma-Informed Care Center (TIC), Trauma-Informed Positive Behavior Support (TIPBS). She earned a certificate in conflict resolution from the Achieve Center for Leadership.
Raquel’s coaching philosophy is based on mutual trust and respect to help individuals and teams translate their vision in an authentic and meaningful way. Her coaching process is adaptive and relevant to the coachee experience, and requires active, intentional participation by the coachee.
